Four-path results

The same validated intake snapshot flows to all four paths. Model/strategy paths use offline simulated adapters — their call counts are not live AMD API requests. Extracted claims are advisory; trusted lookup results are kept distinct. A missing trusted PO is reported as unavailable — not as a verified zero discrepancy.

Operational outcome

guard: HOLD held — missing evidence (no trusted purchase order)

A held case is not a completed payment or approval. Model interpretation does not grant execution authority; an authenticated human-review workflow is not yet implemented. Missing evidence and unsupported discrepancy are reported distinctly, never as a verified zero.
